NGO Partnerships.
Working with organisations and schools to make mental health education more accessible, engaging and community-led.
From pilot sessions to tailored programmes.
Our NGO and school sessions are built around Healing Hearts' five-session mental health programme. We first piloted the curriculum with partner organisations, using feedback surveys and student responses to understand what worked best. Since then, we have adapted activities, examples and discussion formats for different age groups, communities and learning environments, allowing each session to respond to the students' needs and interests while keeping the core mental health themes consistent.

Raksha NGO
We conducted a five-session mental health programme with Raksha, using interactive discussions, art activities, colouring and reflection exercises to explore emotions, stress, relationships, self-expectations and resilience. Returning across multiple sessions helped us build a stronger connection with the children and made them increasingly comfortable participating, sharing their thoughts and engaging with conversations around mental wellbeing.

Ramakrishna Sarada Samiti NGO
We began our work with Ramakrishna Sarada Samiti through two pilot sessions, which helped us understand how the children responded to different activities and discussion formats. We later returned to conduct our complete five-module mental health curriculum, covering emotions, academic pressure, relationships, self-expectations and resilience through interactive activities, storytelling and group conversations.

Asha Kiran NGO
We began our work with Asha Kiran through three pilot sessions, using activities and discussions to understand how students engaged with different mental health topics. We later returned to conduct our complete five-session curriculum, combining conversations on emotions, pressure, relationships and resilience with activities such as mindfulness journaling and the Thought Tree, while building greater familiarity with the students.

Down to Earth NGO
We visited Down To Earth NGO with UJAAS Foundation to introduce menstrual health and the physical and emotional changes that take place during the teenage years. The session allowed us to connect with younger girls, share our own experiences and answer questions in an approachable setting. We ended by distributing small bags with chocolates and pamphlets on breathing exercises and simple wellbeing techniques.

Adapt NGO
We conducted a wellness-focused session with ADAPT, combining conversations around physical and mental wellbeing with simple techniques to help participants feel more balanced and supported. Through our ‘Happiness Hands’ art activity, participants reflected on gratitude and positivity in a creative and engaging way. We ended the session with a joyful group dance, helping create a warm and energetic atmosphere while reinforcing the importance of wellbeing, self-expression and connection.

Greenlawns School
We conducted a mental health awareness session at Greenlawns School, introducing students to the importance of understanding and caring for their emotions and overall wellbeing. Interactive activities such as Emotion Charades helped students recognise and express different feelings in an engaging way, while our ‘Night Sky’ activity created a reflective space for them to share happy memories and meaningful moments from their lives. Through a mix of discussion, games and reflection, the session encouraged students to think more openly about mental health and wellbeing.

Angel Xpress Foundation
We collaborated with Angel Xpress Foundation to conduct an interactive mental health and well-being workshop for children. Through group discussions, engaging activities, and practical exercises, we encouraged students to understand and express their emotions, develop healthy coping mechanisms, and recognise the importance of mental well-being. The session provided a welcoming space for children to share their experiences, ask questions, and learn simple techniques for managing stress and building emotional resilience.

St. Jude India ChildCare Centres
We collaborated with St. Jude India ChildCare Centres to conduct an interactive mental health and well-being session for children undergoing cancer treatment. Through engaging activities, creative exercises, and group discussions, we aimed to bring moments of positivity and connection into their daily lives. The session encouraged children to express their emotions, build self-confidence, and explore simple ways to manage stress, while creating a warm and supportive environment where they could relax, participate, and enjoy themselves.
